Shipping policy

We are currently in the process of having shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout and have in the meantime provided reasonable shipping rates/options for customers to choose from based on where they would like the treats to be delivered to.

You are also welcome to collect your packages from Claremont or Observatory, Cape Town. 

We take utmost care when packaging and shipping our products. Please inspect the products on arrival and should there be an unreasonable amount of breakages of biscuits, please submit a return within 48 hours of receipt.
